Paul is a certified Oracle and SQL Server DBA and developer with a BS in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. He lives and breathes data across SQL Server, Oracle, Informix, and DB2, and makes it sing with .NET and languages such as C++.

His career has focused on the military and government sector, with engagements for Martin Marietta, Northrop Grumman, and the U.S. Army.

Paul teaches advanced programming and database courses at Valencia Community College and has served as President and Treasurer of the Central Florida Oracle Users Group.

He specializes in updating legacy code into modern web and mobile solutions, including Xamarin-based applications.
