Bayer, following its acquisition of Monsanto, launched a new SharePoint-based portal to support the Genuity® Trecepta™ genetically modified seed product line. The portal, built with custom ASP.NET components and hosted in SharePoint, encountered critical issues near go-live that affected layout rendering, script errors, and user navigation—jeopardizing both marketing rollout and dealer engagement.

TaylorMade Software was contracted to diagnose and resolve these issues. We reverse-engineered undocumented ASP.NET logic, traced JavaScript conflicts, and fixed SharePoint integration defects across multiple browser environments. Our work restored portal stability and performance, ensuring readiness for product launch.

We coordinated closely with Bayer's product, marketing, and IT teams to validate workflows, refine content, and align final visual and functional adjustments across all targeted user personas. The resulting portal enabled Trecepta branding, licensing, education, and partner engagement workflows to function as designed.
