Callaway Golf required modernization of its software ecosystem to improve global e-commerce scheduling, customer service, and custom club fitting experiences. TaylorMade Software was brought on to support multiple application layers across web, desktop, and Azure cloud services.
One of the most impactful contributions was enhancing software used in Callaway Golf Performance Centers (CGPC), which simulate swing dynamics and environmental factors to custom-fit golf clubs. We helped optimize systems for localized fitting sessions across 7 cultures, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and seamless integration with ordering workflows.
On the e-commerce side, we developed a new ASP.NET/AJAX global scheduling and purchasing web application using ASMX, WCF, and SQL Server—delivered under tight deadlines with full localization and browser compatibility.
Additionally, we maintained and enhanced several internal WinForms and WPF desktop applications used by sales and support agents. This included a Composite UI Application Block (CAB) based VOIP phone monitoring system and a field-agent ordering tool that connected to internet services in real time.
From cloud-hosted APIs to simulation-driven club fitting to VOIP-support workflows, our solutions spanned platforms and roles—delivering business-critical enhancements to Callaway’s global sales and support network.
