FDIC partnered with TaylorMade Software to support and modernize the Regulatory Applications Database Directory (RADD)—a critical system for managing bank, branch, and regulatory data across the United States.

Our team maintained and enhanced the platform, delivering stability and new functionality to a hybrid environment consisting of C#.NET, Oracle, SQL Server, MS Access, and VBA. This ensured continuity for long-standing regulatory workflows while allowing for targeted modernization.

To support FDIC's national growth, we modified the RADD platform to accommodate the onboarding of a new regional division. This required tight integration with compliance rules and workflows specific to the new region, achieved with zero disruption to existing users.

We also optimized and maintained stored procedures in Oracle, and SQL Server improving performance and long-term maintainability of the data access layer as regulatory demands continued to evolve.
